I've noticed when I write posts about mental health,molestation and other domestic issues I get lots of responses,dms and feedback. I want to start a private group for now eventually we can go public.So if you would like to part of this group dm me.It will start as a group chat/zoom, then meetings 1-2 times a month in different undisclosed locations and 1 outing per month such as beach,park,movies,skating etc. Please don't be ashamed of any negative situations in the past....let's help each other heal

It’s rarely talked about how difficult it is to reprogram your brain to let amazing things happen to you after trauma. How to train your nervous system to feel safe in peace opposed to a survival. To fully open yourself again letting vulnerability flow .. give yourself time. Prioritize new experiences for perspective shifting. Be willing to try. Stay intentional with creating a routine that supports your mental, physical, emotional, an spiritual health.
