Studio One is a 15,000 sq. multi-level, drive-in accessible facility with a ceiling height of 28 ft. – perfect for large set builds for commercials, TV, film, photography, and live broadcast events. Studio features include 1,800 amps of power, two drive-in entrances, a shoot-in kitchen, dressing room with hair sink, green room, lounge, production offices on the second floor, and a dedicated internet fiber optic control panel for live stream events. Studio Two is a 10,000 sq. The studio is drive-in accessible, ideal for multiple set builds, and column-free! Studio features include 600 amps of power, two drive-in entrances, 22 ft. ceiling height, kitchen set, dressing room with hair sink, two multi-stall restrooms, and mezzanine. Studio Three is a 4,600 sq. drive-in accessible facility, best for small film and photoshoots, TV crew catering/support space, or additional workspace for set construction crews. Studio Four is an 18,000 sq. multi-level, soundproof sound stage. The facility is drive-in accessible with a large food preparation kitchen. Studio Four is divided into two studios on the main floor ¬– “Studio 4A” 2,304 sq. with a ceiling height to grid of 14 ft. and “Studio 4B” 3,840 sq. with a ceiling height to grid of 15 ft. Studio features include 800 amps / 3-phase power, one drive-in entrance, meeting room, multi-stall restrooms, upstairs green room, and production offices located downstairs. Brooklyn Studios is conveniently located 10 minutes from Manhattan, right over the Queensboro Bridge or through the Queens Midtown Tunnel. Consider a day working at Brooklyn Studios a mini getaway – no city noise or crowds of people. We are committed to maintaining a relaxed, creative, well-run, user-friendly production environment with 100% transparency. Our knowledgeable stage manager will assist with all your studio needs and help facilitate a seamless shoot, including any necessary lighting, grip, dolly, expendable, and production supply rental. Our Story

Brooklyn Studios is a production rental facility for film, photography, television and corporate events. We have three locations in Long Island City.

Studio One: 15,000 sq. ft. multi-level facility which includes a sound stage, dressing room with hair sink, kitchen set, green room, two drive-in entrances, 28 ft. ceiling height, mezzanine, kitchenette & production offices on the second floor and rooftop with spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline. Bonus: Dedicated Internet Access on the mezzanine for livestream events.

Studio Two: 10,000 sq. ft. facility with a 50x200 ft. stage, two drive-in entrances, 22 ft. ceiling height, two multi-stall restrooms, dressing room and mezzanine.

Studio Three: 4,600 sq. ft. facility with a large production space convenient for construction crews, set builders and prop stylists. The facility also includes a kitchen, production offices and single restroom.
