Making saffron risotto...Mmmm....My nephew/lil brother bought me this saffron when he was stationed in the Middle East...How ironic? We are over here worried sick about his wellbeing and in true D Mills style he manages to consider that I would love some delicious saffron...I love him ❤️ Anywoo....I made this rich creamy risotto w it....Delish!

So I had lots of kale in the fridge... had to use it....Sautéed it with some sausage and pasta for them...and I had the kale (no meat) w some roasted sweet potato 🍠...Full,satisfying and quick...
