favorite chefs, Jay Martinez, and Caleb McMahon present “Tribute to Brooklyn”. Each dish represents our love and and experiences of a neighborhood that has brought us memories and flavor over the years.

Menu:
Cobble hill – French sourdough herb butter
prospect Park – squash blossoms, nettles, maple vinaigrette, comfit duck
Bensonhurst – raviolo, harissa lamb, red pepper, cream sauce
Sunset Park. – Bossam pork tacos, mango salsa
Flatbush – spicy, coconut noodles, jerk Salmon
Bed-Stuy - Southern style fried chicken
Coney Island - homemade funnel cake, compote, jams

We are Teaming up with the Crew over at to bring you a spectacular night of local talent, delicious food and pungent Delights.

Bring your dancing shoes as some of Brooklyn’s best brass bands and a Cuban Rumba collective will be Tearing it up on the corner of Lefferts and Rogers Avenue from 6-10pm,

Event is well ventilated outside and open to the public, donations welcomed but not mandatory all ticket holders will be entitled to libations, food and a special surprise 🙂

Here is a story of two starry eyed lovelies and a dream…

It’s a story about laughter, joy, hardship, tears, adventure, setbacks, and reward. It has been the tale of a lifetime. Sadly landlords are gonna landlord and this chapter of the story is coming to an end. Ten thousand tales wouldn’t cover half of the beautiful sagas that we have had with you, unquestionably the GREATEST COMMUNITY ON EARTH!

PLG was amazing long before we were here and will be amazing when our bones turn to dust.

Salem’s last day will be July 22nd.

To our amazing family of unstoppable badasses that have helped us achieve the impossible

We thank you with every fiber of our greasy cheeseburger smelling souls!
