The Carlos Lezama Archives & Caribbean Cultural Center is hosting its' 1st Annual NYC Schools Steelband Festival. We anticipate there will be 12 participating groups to include dance performers and steelbands, from the elementary, middle schools’ and high school level. Please come out and support our youths! Special thanks to CRNY, and EmblemHealth for your support!

Featured below is the Shirley Chisholm exhibit held at the Museum of the City of New York through June-July. Chisholm once lived at 1028 St. John's Place the current home of CLACC-C's organization and she held her presidential campaigns there. It was an honor to attend her exhibition. Thank you to the Shirley Chisholm Cultural Institute and Zinga Fraser for the invitation.
