The Millefoglie✨ the Italian spin on the classic French millefeuille.

Both desserts share the same flaky, layered pastry base, giving them a light, crispy texture. The main difference is usually in the size, presentation, and the occasional inclusion of Italian-style flavors or decorations in the Millefoglie.

Layers of crispy puff pastry and luscious cream, it’s perfect for any celebration - and especially a wedding.

Yesterday, I drove up to the Catskills to Coxsackie, New York to pick up the organic rye wheat Trumpet pasta from the hands-down best US made pasta brand — .

We literally go the extra mile for our clients (OK, 75 miles in this case) because we never compromise on quality.

Scott, one of the two owners of Sfoglini, started out making their amazing pasta in our entrepreneur space here at 630 Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn.

They have grown so much that they moved upstate a few years ago to a much larger facility. It’s a quality-obsessed vendor like Sfoglini that make our food so extraordinary.
