I had the pleasure of first meeting you when I was working at Metro 700 all those years ago. It's been a privilege to see your evolution from a promising young Brooklyn promoter to becoming a seasoned and respected figure in hospitality management.
A testament to your resilience and determination. Your influence and impact on the hospitality sector is immeasurable, your unique vision and ability to adapt to changing trends have set you apart as a trailblazer in the industry.

Despite the competitive nature of our industry, we always managed to maintain a strong friendship that transcended business rivalry. Your willingness to lend a helping hand or offer support whenever it's needed is a quality that I find truly inspiring. A friend that always picks up the phone when I call and because of that, I answered the phone whenever you needed me.
That’s what makes you a true professional. Our ability to separate friendship from work allowed us to maintain a professional and productive relationship, fostering a strong sense of mutual respect and trust.

The competitive spirit between us fueled our drive to constantly innovate and stay ahead of the curve in the industry. Thank you for always challenging me and making me the best I could be while setting new standards and raising the bar for others to follow.

To all my friends, it is now official!
Both Babylon Burger Bar and Prime Burger Bar, have been nominated and made the top 32 best burgers in Long Island for Newsday’s burger battle.
To remain in contention everyone needs to vote for your favorite burger for us to make it in to the next round of competition, so please vote for your favorite either Babylon Burger Bar nominated for the Brightwaters, Kobe burger or Prime Burger Bar nominated for a Great South Bay Burger!
 Also can I please ask everyone to put this on your personal profiles, Instagram, etc. ,To help spread the word.
