The cutest ring bearer that ever was is 6. My son was born on Mothers Day 5/14/17 almost 3 weeks early and will always be my greatest Mothers Day surprise and gift. Happy Birthday to my Garrett and hope all the amazing mommas out there had a special Mothers Day. It’s been a busy season but hope to share more of our work in the coming weeks! Until then! XX

The prettiest palette .✨
We love an expertly styled bridal party and this is one of our faves! It didn’t come together completely organically though. Our bride worked through some trial and error to get JUST the right palette with a mixtures or colors and textures and we think it definitely payed off. We suggest you order a round of dresses or at the very least swatches and see them all together. If you can have a few of the girls even try them on it helps. How you delegate who gets what really depends on friend group and group dynamic however the ultimate goal is for everyone to look stunning and one not to outshine the other. If you are just going with a color palette, narrow down to three dresses you suggest for them to start there. We all have friends who love to shop and those who hate it so a little guidance here doesn’t hurt. Plus you don’t want to feel badly if they find a dress that really doesn’t fit with your vision. A little behind the scenes…We quite literally get you to the Church on time. The wedding day is ALL about timing from the moment you wake up to the moment you come home. It takes a lot of behind the scenes and moving parts to transport bridal parties, wrangle guests, avoid couples seeing each other or timing that first look properly. I could go on… BUT you must REMEMBER Early is always on time on wedding day. If you start your ceremony on time, you will start reception on time and so on and so forth. This was a major win in gorgeous Kristina was down the aisle at 4:04 and the ushers there complimented our team at how smoothly it went. AND I promise I got out of their picture after the fact. I was just so happy to have Kristina and Justin married at the iconic St. Patrick’s!! More to come from this gorgeous day soon from the talented until then…XX Irene

Weekend Vibe. ✨⚡️✨
Admittedly I go back and forth on a sparkler moment for a few reasons- mainly because it needs to flow naturally and sometimes the layout of the venue or logistics of the event really don’t call for it. I don’t ever stage them to get that “shot”. It is inauthentic and why would you pause your party and take the bridal party off of the dance floor? I like to do them at the end either in a send off or en route to the after party. With that said, when it’s RIGHT, it’s right. This was at at the end of the wedding and the guests headed back to our gorgeous tent where we had espresso martinis still flowing, a surprise cigar bar and the Westchester staple food truck. Paired with our Bride Regan’s killer outfit change it was the real deal and truly perfect way to end the evening! Tap if you LOVE as much as we do. We were behind the last wedding ever at the Central Park Boathouse. Bittersweet for sure but I think we helped it go out in style to celebrate Noelle and Patrick. Pretty Papers. 🤍 We love a custom watercolor liner and it’s a great way to personalize your suite. I’m still very into this trend and except more showstopper invitations into 2023. Same with a custom crest that you can use on all wedding papers - and more. Here the colors paired with the custom crest are soft but add a nice pop to this traditional invitation suite from Biba. Trend Prediction for 2023!!I think we are in for smaller and structured statement making bouquets. I’ve noticed bouquets smaller in size and also some with longer stems like a classic structured rose bouquet. Gone are the whimsical greenery and eucalyptus overload (it had its moment but time to retire). Curious what my talented floral designer friends think? Mismatched - I think not. These Bridesmaids are Color Coordination Goals. ❤️ This trend is still very much a thing and actually I’m excited to see more of it in 2023! I think more and more Brides are having their Bridesmaids purchase dresses off the rack and am all for it - as long as there is a plan and you give some guidance- i.e a few options/ color palette etc. I think generally a Bridesmaid who picks her dress is a happier more confident bridesmaid and a happy Bridesmaid looks her best.
