💥Big news 💥 we’re taking a little break from hosting yoga at Delight Factory because Aqila, our wonderful teacher is about to open her own space and is hard at work to prepare for opening in December. It’ll just be down the street at 78 Saratoga Avenue. Stay tuned!

Dregs: Songs and Stories of Home.
Join actor, song writer, and dancer, Zenni Corbin as they perform their debut solo show incorporating dance, poetry, music, and photography.

During this one hour performance, Corbin will explore their journey from displacement to housing, their Guyanese grandmother’s migration, and how non-binary and HIV positive people navigate sexuality and housing in urban spaces.

At the center of this piece is the question of how we all create new homes for ourselves.

This performance was created as part of Corbin’s artist residency at Delight Factory.

This will be an evening of soulful storytelling as MJ brings you along (and through!) her colorful journey of self-discovery and fortitude. Live musicians will accompany this poetic journey so be prepared to lean in.

✨💪🏼✨Designed with sustainable materials by the excellent Maria Lomanto of with the stunning portal by Kate Raudenbush and striking branding by Nella Vishnevsky , this was also a co-creation born from long friendships and years of co-creating and witnessing each other 🙏🏼💜🌺

Moments from the opening night of Ezekiel Honig’s first NYC solo show ‘Taking It Apart’. We all had a chance to hear from the artist about how sounds and materials intersect in his work.

For example:
'Object Music #2' (with jewel case) is “created out of
everyday items that also hold specific emotional associations. These objects are banged together, scratched, shuffled, flipped, or ripped apart in order to create sound. This sound is recorded, edited, organized, and processed into a piece of music. Similar to how the audio is arranged, the objects are physically composed together.”
