Kristine Quattrone

Kristine Quattrone began her career in food at the young age of 12 scooping ice cream and flipping burgers at a beach concession stand on Dune Road in the Hamptons. Throughout the years Kristine acquired experience working as a waitress, bartender, hostess, and product spokesperson. During college, Kristine studied Accounting for 2 years before realizing her passion for event planning and catering. She earned her degree in Commercial Recreation and Leisure Studies from Montclair State University in 1996.

After working for several broadcasting companies Kristine accepted a position with Calvin Klein, Inc. in 1998. In five short months Kristine was promoted to Special Events Coordinator. Her responsibilities included logistics planning of all annual Calvin Klein Women’s Collection Fashion Shows, Collection Markets, Zero Tolerance Benefits, Corporate Holiday Parties, Licensee Events, Executive Meetings, and Press Events. In 2001 Kristine was again promoted to Food Services and Catering Manager. In addition to her previous position’s responsibilities, Kristine was now in charge of menu design, procuring new catering vendors, and hiring, training, and supervising new waitstaff. Her department’s services were utilized for both in-house and external Calvin Klein events. Kristine left Calvin Klein, Inc. in 2003 to begin her own business. Q Events is the product of years of life experiences, education and Kristine’s passion for event planning. Since its inception Q Events has worked with many well-known companies. Over the past ten years Q Events has successfully fulfilled well over two thousand catering orders since its start in 2003, Q Events has provided catering for events ranging in size and complexity from 10-person corporate breakfasts and lunches for Fashion Market Meetings, to 20-person private brunches for a client, Three years including 2013 provided daily catering for the Times Square New Years Eve Production Crew during the week-long preparation and concluding with the 350-person buffet dinner for the midnight celebration. Founder and owner Kristine Quattrone is proud that she has maintained many of the same clients for over ten years. Many of her clients are in the fashion, furniture design, advertising, and entertainment industries. Kristine strives to continue exceeding her clients' expectations for the next ten years and beyond through her commitment to professionalism, quality, and reliability. When Kristine isn't planning menus and events, she loves spending time with her young son Dominick. Already proving to be a superb eater, Kristine counts on him to be her number one trusted taste tester.
