Our conference and trade show staffing vertical has seen exponential growth over the past two years, thanks to our account and booking manager’s hard work and onsite interfacing and management.

The Global Investor Conference in Washington DC earlier this month was another excellent performance from 32 of from our highly professional, punctual and experienced conference staffing teams from the this market. This three day, esteemed conference hosted by the Carlyle Group required our best and brightest who were booked to fulfill positions ranging from Supervisors and Special Support to Registration and Wayfinding teams. Our staffing rate was 100%, as was our Client satisfaction feedback!

Our NYC Talent helped “Make Every Day Grand” at Summer Streets 2025 at the Grand Lawn events all month!
 
Special thanks to Erika, Cameron, Malik, Anastacia, and Abigail who handled their tasks of greeting and engaging guests, promoting social media sign-ups, distributing giveaways, managing lines and crowd flow, hyping up the games, encouraging participation in salsa dancing, and assisting with clean-up like professionals. It was a pleasure to be part of one of NYC’s most memorable Summer events, three weekend’s in a row!

MEET BELLA: A people-person through and through, Bella brings her vibrant energy, heart, and strong sense of purpose to our agency! Bella, who comes from a theater background, worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, then spent a year in tech recruitment sharpening her relationship-building, talent spotting and problem-solving skills before finding her place with eye5. As a Senior Account Manager, Bella builds authentic relationships and creates strong systems while leading with compassion and forming real connections with talent and clients.

Bella comes from a big Greek American family. Her three sisters are her world and her most cherished title is “Tia Bella” to her niece and nephew. A major transformative event for Bella was embarking on a six-month solo adventure through five countries in Latin America, an experience that deepened her love for culture, growth, and human connection. 🇲🇽 🇬🇹 🇨🇴 🇪🇨 🇵🇪

Bella is all about intention and showing up as your best self—whatever that looks like on any given day. She dabbles in energy healing and believes that when you care for yourself first, you’re better able to care for others. We are booking staff for an upcoming conference to work as Directionals, Scanners, Keynote, Wayfinders and Room Monitors at the Boston Convention Center.

These are ALL standing positions, you will be on your feet for the duration of the shift, other than your paid breaks. You will be required to wear black slacks, a black button down collared shirt, and black or dark sneakers. You must bring a valid photo ID.

TRAVEL: If you are not local, travel and accommodations are on your own. We do our best to accommodate friends working together so that travel and lodging is easy to afford.

MEET JADA: Full of creative energy and a natural eye for storytelling, Jada has been bringing a vibrant presence to our agency since January 2024! Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Jada is a graduate of NYU and is currently pursuing her Master’s at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Since joining eye5, Jada has thrived working alongside account and associate managers—bringing her ideas to life and helping shape the onboarding experience for new talent. Known for her welcoming presence, she plays a key role in interviewing and connecting with fresh faces, making sure every interaction is authentic and memorable.

An avid traveler with a love for exploration, Jada enjoys stepping out of her comfort zone and embracing new experiences. The Caribbean, where her parents are from, holds a special place in her heart; frequent visits help her stay rooted in her culture. In her downtime she taps into her passion for photography, capturing moments that spark emotion and creativity.

MEET JENN: After a career change, Jenn Allen joined eye5 in late 2021, quickly rising to the challenge of experiential staffing. As the Director of Account Management, her day-to-day role includes managing our office team, ensuring the constant flow of booking requests are evenly filtered from intake and assignment through ex*****on, client wrap-up and close out. 

Jenn’s favorite part of experiential marketing are the onsite connections she establishes with clients and talent while overseeing our multi-day, high volume staffing deployments during conferences and bookings. She thrives in the fast paced nature of these activations, making the time to get to know our talent working the event as the week progresses. Jenn has a knack for anticipating the needs of each individual client and ensuring they are met, allowing her to fullfill new requirements as they quickly evolve with the changing nature of live events. 

Before agency life, Jenn grew up in PA and trained to be a professional classical dancer, studying dance performance at the University of Hartford before moving to NYC after graduation to audition and continue training. 🩰

Family is an important part of Jenn’s life; she is married to an accomplished audio engineer and together they raise Penny, an adorable pup who sometimes joins Jenn at the office where her wonky legs, googly eyes, huge ears and even bigger heart easily win us all over! 🐾 Jenn is very close with her Mom, brother and niece, enjoying an epic annual family vacation together in Ocean City, NJ every July 4th holiday. As a woman who loves to laugh, Jenn is the funniest person Jenn knows, and is extremely excited and thankful to be part of eye5! 😁
