MEET JENN: After a career change, Jenn Allen joined eye5 in late 2021, quickly rising to the challenge of experiential staffing. As the Director of Account Management, her day-to-day role includes managing our office team, ensuring the constant flow of booking requests are evenly filtered from intake and assignment through ex*****on, client wrap-up and close out. 

Jenn’s favorite part of experiential marketing are the onsite connections she establishes with clients and talent while overseeing our multi-day, high volume staffing deployments during conferences and bookings. She thrives in the fast paced nature of these activations, making the time to get to know our talent working the event as the week progresses. Jenn has a knack for anticipating the needs of each individual client and ensuring they are met, allowing her to fullfill new requirements as they quickly evolve with the changing nature of live events. 

Before agency life, Jenn grew up in PA and trained to be a professional classical dancer, studying dance performance at the University of Hartford before moving to NYC after graduation to audition and continue training. 🩰

Family is an important part of Jenn’s life; she is married to an accomplished audio engineer and together they raise Penny, an adorable pup who sometimes joins Jenn at the office where her wonky legs, googly eyes, huge ears and even bigger heart easily win us all over! 🐾 Jenn is very close with her Mom, brother and niece, enjoying an epic annual family vacation together in Ocean City, NJ every July 4th holiday. As a woman who loves to laugh, Jenn is the funniest person Jenn knows, and is extremely excited and thankful to be part of eye5! 😁

MEET AVERY: Avery Davenport joined our agency in 2022 as an Account Coordinator. His passion for event marketing and talent management propelled him forward quickly, quickly earning him a promotion to Account Associate.

Hailing from the Hudson Valley, Avery joined the eye5 team after bouncing around the film industry. Growing up on a family farm has made him accustomed to the wonky hours of the event world, along with working on a tight knit team. When he’s not putting his project management skills to the test with our clients and talent, Avery enjoys drawing, ✍️ yoga, 🧘‍♂️ getting outside, 🥾 and consuming all things pop culture.

Avery’s vital role in our agency ensures our Account Managers are supported across all three major event verticals, believing every project is a new learning experience. Of all the activations Avery has managed and staffed, his favorite was the Petco Union Square Paws in the Park activation in June 2023 (photo #2!) 🐾

Whether it’s a large conference or boutique experiential marketing booking, Avery loves being the connective tissue that links the needs of our clients and talent! 🥰

It may be March, but our hearts are still swooning over the Valentine’s Day themed activation our Brand Ambassadors romanced last month at Grand Central Terminal in NYC!

Huge thanks to talent Asel and Kenny for being excellent brand stewards! They helped greet and welcome guests, took photos of the consumers in front of this gorgeous photo backdrop and provided general event support to the marketing team!

We recently had the opportunity to put our best face forward with for the skincare experience in NYC! Brand Models Juliana, Ekaterina and Alessandra were booked to help staff a beautifully polished, well executed activation inviting guests to receive a complimentary skincare analysis. They were sent home with a generous gift featuring some of the amazing skin care goodies from this prestigious, well-respected brand. Our team had a wonderful time on this booking and our agency appreciated learning more about this incredible German skin care line!

MEET COURTNEY: Courtney Aspinall joined our agency in 2022 as a passionate, dynamic individual who thrives connecting with people, making meaningful impacts wherever she goes.

A Long Island native, Courtney moved to the city after COVID and has since embraced the fast-paced energy of urban life. Her love for traveling 🗺️ , skiing🎿 , dogs 🐕 , and fostering animals 🐾 is a testimony to her caring and adventurous nature. A former tennis 🎾 player, Courtney is always up for a challenge and is a true people person at heart.

Her professional journey is marked by impressive achievements, including graduating early with degrees in Communications and Business, as well as earning the Girl Scout Lifetime Achievement Award by spearheading a clothing drive for underprivileged performers that is still active today! While pursuing her degrees, she interned for the NYS Assembly, drafting press-releases, briefings and shadowing then Chair of Banks Committee, Thomas Abinanti. As an active University of Albany alumni, Courtney is as a motivational speaker to students, helping them ignite and thrive post-college as they find their passion.

Before joining eye5, Courtney worked in public relations. She applies her finely tuned PR skills to our experiential brand model and ambassador bookings, and recently began working in our conference staffing vertical. One of her most memorable bookings with our agency was the LA Anime Expo representing SEGA, where she managed a team of 40 BAs for a five day activation. (Third photo. 👉🏽)

Kudos to our talented NYC BAs Melissa and Joao for delivering copious amounts of smiles and joy leveled of energy while they staffed a two week activation for HBO’s The Penguin during the San Genaro festival this past September in NYC’s famed Little Italy. MEET MAURICE!
Maurice Baldwin has been working with our agency for more than a decade, having cut his teeth as a brand model before working his way up to event captain and onsite lead. His stellar work ethos, charismatic and kind presence, and on point management style led to an invitation to join our office team as a full time Account Manager in January 2022. We are grateful to have Maurice on our team and enjoy the drive, laughter and energy he inspires! Maurice writes:

“More than anything, I truly enjoy good times and laughs with my family and friends, evident in the following silly photo with my brother and the dancing video! My physical fitness is very important to me and is a daily task that helps keep me focused, disciplined and centered.

Another passion of mine is languages. I speak fluent English and Spanish and conversational French, not to mention some passable ASL!

I can honestly say I enjoy our team in the office and working with an agency I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of in multiple capacities for more than a decade now. While I began my relationship with eye5 in 2014, I joined the management side of the agency in January 2022. A memorable booking I managed also happened to my first onsite activation, the Essence festival in New Orleans. 🌟🪄eye5 makes holiday magic even brighter with a touch of our ! 🎄 🕎❄️

When client contracted our BAs for the third year in a row to staff a holiday shopping event, we were ecstatic! 🛍️🎁

Brand Ambassadors Deborah, Darya, Anjali, Jack, Melissa and Gabriela brought their A game and friendly smiles while they engaged with happy travelers, sharing a Grand Central Terminal “train ticket” encouraging folks to shop small businesses at the wonderful merchants in Grand Central, as well as their Holiday Fair partners. As a small business ourselves, is always spending we can really get behind!

🐑 Our Baaa-ston talent accompanied Henry the sheep last weekend to help celebrate and the grand opening of a new Brooks Brothers location on Newbury Street in Boston, MA!

Talent Wesley, Anna, Camille, Devon and Luder hit the streets of Boston to engage with consumers and distribute fun scratch offs promoting the opening while towing adorable Henry in his custom wagon as he posed for photo opps with lucky passerbys.

Positions: Directionals, Scanners, Outdoor Transportation, Line managers, Sports Forum (NOTE: We are not staffing registration)

Times: Booking times range typically from 5 to 10 hours per day.
