This school year our After School Arts Program has cooking classes going on at both locations! YAY! And can you guess what we're going to be making...? Lots of foods that include VINEGAR! You might say "gag" - but not so fast! It's very important to include fermented foods in your kids diet -- not just for physical fitness, but for mental sharpness. If you find that your children are only creating carbohydrates and sugar laden foods -- it's a very possible that they have an imbalance of bad gut bacteria. To correct that you only need to improve the gut biome - by eating pickled foods! If your children don't like pickled foods, you can also add apple cider vinegar to fruits and vegetables. Most exceptional chefs know that acidity brings out the flavor! And it's a huge win for all because you might discover a new found energy and sharpness for everyone in the family.❤️
