Culture has always been storytelling at its highest form.
And weddings?
They’ve become its runway.

Every drumbeat, every color, every smile, all of it told their story.

This moment wasn’t just about ceremony; it was about honoring where they came from and celebrating where they’re going. Two cultures, one heartbeat, brought to life through rhythm, joy, and intention.

Weddings should feel like a reflection, of who you are, what shaped you, and the love you’re building. This… was exactly that.

There, I said it.
Your wedding says more than you think.

Every couple, whether they realize it or not, is making a statement. Some honor family traditions, others rebel against them, and many find a balance that feels like their own.

From the color palette to the location to the guest list—each choice shapes how you’re seen. Not just by guests, but by society itself.

That’s why I say weddings are more than aesthetics or budgets, they’re social statements. And as a planner, my role is to translate that unspoken language beautifully.

It’s no surprise I’m an explorer. Earlier this year, I welcomed my 33rd birthday in Israel (country number 19 on my list). Exploring new cultures, textures, and stories has always been second nature to me. There’s something about immersing yourself in a place that reshapes how you see beauty, faith, and even design.

From the Sea of Galilee to the Gardens of Gethsemane to the Bahá’í Gardens: Israel was strikingly beautiful, even in the midst of unrest.

People often call what we do “frivolous,” but in truth, our work centers the things that matter most: love, life, and connection. Like travel, these moments become memories that outlast the fleeting, reminding us that meaning can be created, not just found.

Because sometimes, we can’t always go where the heart longs to… and that’s where design steps in- bringing the world closer, one celebration at a time.

Keep swiping left to see my travel bestie.

Cocktail hour, cocktails. It’s Friday.

Much like the ceremony- it’s the prelude, the warm-up, the tone-setter.

For this wedding, guests were already assigned seats for the ceremony, so instead of the seating chart that’s traditionally displayed during cocktail, we curated touchpoints for connection.

Because whether it’s weddings or weekends, it’s all about designing ease — moments that flow naturally and feel intentional.

As I wrap up my duties and prepare to be a wedding guest myself, would you call this part of the start of the weekend the… ceremony or cocktail hour?

Trinidad isn’t your typical “all-inclusive” island and that’s exactly what makes it extraordinary.

But destination planning here requires nuance: clear vendor communication, early sourcing, attention to design limitations, and deep local knowledge.

Whether you’re a foodie craving fine dining in paradise or dreaming of architecture and sea views, your day should feel effortless.

We plan for the couples drawn to refined detail -whether your eyes are set on a destination wedding in Trinidad or you’re a Trini local couple craving that NYC edge.

From vendor sourcing and logistics to design and ex*****on,
we curate weddings that feel intentional, effortless, and distinctly you.

A feast as love language.
For Kelle & Eric, food is more than sustenance, it’s how they bond, explore, and celebrate life together. Every dish and sip was thoughtfully curated to reflect that joy of discovery.

With catering and drinks by , the menu became its own love story—an invitation for guests to taste, savor, and connect. Although the salads were plated in true cultural form, the entrées were served family-style, encouraging the kind of sharing and togetherness that mirrors the couple’s own journey.

Nothing short of amazing.

Symbols of place and heritage.
Coconuts and cacao beans stood as quiet sculptures within the celebration—natural forms that grounded the design in culture, memory, and meaning.
Their presence was more than decorative; they were an homage to roots, a nod to legacy, and a reminder that beauty often begins with what the earth so generously provides.
