Broadway Housing Communities is a New York City-based non-profit housing developer committed to providing innovative permanent housing for individuals and families in the greatest need. Our supportive housing model combines permanent low-income housing with services designed to meet the needs of our residents and enable them to live independently. g model is the integration of community-based arts and culture into the myriad of support services we provide, including medical and mental health care, vocational training and job placement, substance abuse treatment, benefits counseling and training and assistance with independent living skills. We also provide enhanced services to resident families, including high-quality early education for young children, mentoring for school-age children, and educational advocacy on behalf of both children and parents.
