美国亚洲文化中心于1999年在纽约成立，是美国亚洲文化传媒集团旗下机构之一，目前在纽约、波士顿、芝加哥和华盛顿分别设有分部。亚洲文化中心成立以来，以弘扬中华传统文化为宗旨，致力于中华文化的海外传播，曾多次承办中国顶级艺术团体访美大型文艺演出、展览、户外嘉年华和学术讲座等活动。美国亚洲文化传媒集团旗下机构还包括美东《侨报》以及美国中文电视（Sinovision TV）等。

一 “文化中国”品牌系列文化活动
“文化中国”是亚洲文化传媒集团自2006年以来倾力打造的中国文化活动品牌，包括文艺演出、展览、讲座及大型户外嘉年华活动等，受到主流媒体和华裔社区的广泛关注和欢迎，掀起了延绵不断的中国文化热潮。
二中文教材代理及推广
美国亚洲文化中心是《中文》教材系列指定的美东地区代理机构，向美东地区所有中文学校及组织提供由中国暨南大学编写的中国国家官方海外中文教材。

根之旅”杰出华裔青少年夏令营
自2008年起，美国亚洲文化中心开始每年组办“美国杰出华裔青少年夏令营”，营员须是当年获得美国总统奖、英特奖、西门子少年科学奖等各大奖项，或有突出表现的华裔优秀学生。
四中文教师培训
美国亚洲文中心每年承办由中国海外交流协会举办的海外中文教师培训活动，该活动挑选在美国从事中文教育的华裔教师赴中国著名学府进行业务培训，以及选派中国华文教育专家赴美各中文学校进行讲学。
五社区服务活动
美国亚洲文化中心以服务华侨社区为宗旨，定期举办及与各界侨团、组织等合办各类社区活动，以及提供支持和协助。
