After completing my culinary training at the Natural Gourmet Institute, the premier health-supportive culinary school, I dove into the restaurant world. Working at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Mercer Kitchen in NYC, and The Ravens vegan restaurant in Mendocino, CA gave me diverse experience. I have also assisted numerous world-class chefs prepare dinners at the James Beard House. My specialties are

healthy, organic, sustainable and most importantly, tasty cooking. There’s a world of flavors, tastes and textures in food I’d be delighted to share with you. SERVICES OFFERED:

Private Chef:
I offer menu planning, shopping and in-home preparation of meals. I make everything from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. Vegetables, natural meats and seafood are always purchased fresh. Whole foods are always chosen over processed. Travel Chef:
I am available to travel worldwide for interesting cooking opportunities. Why not include healthy local meals and personalized service at your destination event or family vacation? Small Party Catering:

Team Wellness Eats is in the house... a new house that is! Chef Gabrielle Kennedy and the Delicious Living Nutrition, Inc. interns have moved their incredible production to the old Riverway Restaurant - or should we say - the NEW location of the Family Table Collaborative!

What a kitchen and what a crew! We are so blessed to have so many people supporting our mission. Day 2 of cooking is happening tomorrow - stay tuned.

How in world did we get so lucky?! We have the BEST volunteers in the world and they made all this happen. Another successful cook of over 500 delicious, nutrient-dense meals for our friends and neighbors facing cancer.

Super special thank you to this incredible crew today lead by the insanely talented Chef Gabrielle Kennedy & our board member extraordinaire Kathy Bilotta. Today would also not have happened without the help of Dianne Langeland, Douglas Langeland, and Frank Tripp! You guys are the BEST!!
