Job Description:
Supporting the events managers with logistical and administrative support
Placing orders with vendors
Booking transportation for out of town events
Coordinating daily needs with the kitchen and communicating effectively between teams
Maintaining the delivery sheet up to date for our delivery partner
Printing supporting materials for events (Menus, Banners, Stickers)
Coordinating Meetings & Office Maintenance (IT, Office Supplies, Schedules)
Occasionally going on events to assist event director in setting up the event Following-up with accounting to make sure all events have been invoiced and paid for
Maintaining office documents up to date (passwords, vendors, event pictures) Answering the phones and take messages
Placing Staff orders
Creating Mood Boards for events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Fluency in English & French, Spanish a plus
Experience in the F&B industry a plus
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
Pack Office proficiency
Team player
Eager to contribute new ideas
Ability to occasionally lift boxes
