Annie Steinberg-Joachim is children’s party planner and
founder of Blast Events NYC. Born and raised in New York, Annie always had a passion for creative industries and a strong business mind, leading her straight to FIT. She broke onto the luxury fashion scene at Linda Richards while she continued her studies, and found herself pulled towards the behind-the-scenes energy and chaos of the trade sh
ow world. Along with Rand Luxury, she engineered the first-ever Go Green Expo in 2008 garnering national attention and staking her claim as the go-to girl for mammoth organization and innovative strategy. Her talents at Rand brought her projects with top names such as Bette Midler, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Jerry Seinfeld, and brands like Lexus, American Red Cross, and the Monticello Motor Club. She loved the fast-paced world of event production but sought a niche of her own, and after an eye-opening four-month trip to the East—and after years of putting together remarkable celebrations for her loved ones—she realized that working with children & families was her natural environment and what her spirit was looking for. In 2011, she began Blast Events NYC to help over-extended parents take something off their plate, and for the look in a child’s eyes when they see the birthday party they always dreamed of.
