You want your A/V professionals to anticipate what can go wrong and have all of the contingencies covered. Total Entertainment worked with each virtual guest individually to ensure that all of them would be able to participate. In order to allow guests to feel like they were in the room, and have a front-row seat, Edward Neary, who captured the event on film, shot the entire event from two camera angles. One of the incredibly special things about Lavan541 it has 270-degree projection mapping capabilities, so it is a space that's designed to be transformed. You are only limited by your imagination, and your in-person guests get to share in the virtual reality journey. Passed and stationary canapés were served in individual covered domes, and the dinner was served in a covered box, with a beautiful peony design by Ceci New York. This concept allowed us to drastically cut down on the number of staff that came in contact with the food, ensuring safety without compromising on service. We also chose to forego a traditional wedding cake for the safety of guests, instead choosing to include a sumptuous blueberry lemon meringue tart inside the guests' dinner box. We included virtual guests in the festivities with a special surprise box of their own. The week before the ceremony, each guest received a wrapped gift box containing the beautiful wedding program, a mouthwatering mini wedding cake from Lulu Cake Boutique, and mini bottles of bubbly so that they could participate in toasting Madeline & David. What sets Tanya apart from all of the officiants and ceremony experts I know is her vow work. Tanya has the incredible ability to work with couples to elicit heartfelt, memorable vows and promises and then coaches them on how to say those words with eloquence, grace and poise. Acute Inflections is singer Elasea Douglas and bassist Sadiki Pierre. Their musical repertoire includes jazz, top 40, and everything in between. They also work closely with clients to select the attire for each event. Elasea's shimmery blush dress and Sadiki's bowtie coordinated perfectly with the ambiance we created. It features 5000 square feet of open space, 20 foot ceilings, and cutting edge amenities, including a permanent installation of 270 degree projection mapping in the main room. Projection mapping makes it possible to create a visually immersive space. These visuals can be changed throughout the event. Madeline and David's guests entered a room with an orchard of cherry blossom trees under bright blue skies, and dined surrounded by a technicolor South Beach sunset. The visuals are fully customizable, and the possibilities are truly endless. With projection mapping, you can be transported to anywhere in the world without ever having to get on a plane! We set the stage at the Lavan 541 entrance with a whimsical balloon garland by @balloondesignstudio. The circular dance floor, designed by Ceci New York and executed by SHOUT Graphic and Print Solutions, was the focal point for the ceremony and border for the reception tablescape. The logo in gold was at the center, surrounded by peonies spaced 5.5 feet apart, artfully cueing the guests to socially distance. We wove Ceci New York’s peony design throughout many of the details, including the couture tablecloth by Nuage Designs, Inc. . Adam Leffel Productions/Petals Premier Event Design used blush Dutch peonies for the bouquet and tablescape. Our feature table was modestly adorned with lush florals and modern glass candelabras with accents of floating candles in alternating heights. Omega chairs from Something Different Party Rental completed the oeuvre.
