All toys donated will benefit children at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and other local pediatric oncology hospitals. Help us brighten the holidays for children fighting a battle NO child should .. cancer.
We thank all the schools for promoting the drive and all the businesses and elected officials for offering their place of business as a collection site. We thank each and every single person who is collecting toys personally through family and friends. We thank everyone who donates a toy or gift card to this cause. For us, this is so very personal. Olivia battled this monster for 11 months. We had many long hospital stays .. families are stressed to capacity and children just want to go home .. but they can't. Presents will not cure cancer but they do help keep these brave, amazing children smiling during the toughest of times. Thank you all for your support.

We’ll provide hot chocolate, and we’d love for you to bring your favorite cookie recipe to share—or the cookies themselves, if you’re feeling ambitious!

The absolute best time of the year! Looking forward to seeing everyone Wednesday and celebrating in all that we have to be grateful for. As we talk every day we learn that each and every one of us has a struggle, battle, burden. Pain excuses no one.

But on the other side of life...is so much more. There's the kindness of a stranger, a warm embrace, a funny text. Long walks along Shore Road, a friend who offers a helping hand, a hot cup of coffee...there is just so much to be thankful and grateful for. Choose gratitude, love, & the imperfections of life. It's a beautiful journey.

Now more than ever we are grateful. Grateful for our community, an exciting and eventful 2024, and the wisdom that comes with age. Our customers, who really have become so much more. We have had the privilege of growing with you these past 12 years. We have been through a lot together; life, death, superstorm sandy, a pandemic, and most everything in-between. We wouldn't change as thing.

We are grateful for our wonderful team, our rocks, who keep me going, our neighbors who are the heart and soul of this community. Our friends, family, and everyone who supports our little mission in whatever way you can, thank you. We truly appreciate you. Keep supporting this wonderful Avenue, it's truly a special place.

Our 2nd Annual free meal distribution will be a little different this year, please read all about it at the sign up , link below. We will distribute free meals once again and be closed on Thanksgiving Day. This is an important change as we will be spending the day with friends and family celebrating the moment, giving thanks. We wish you all the same.

A limited amount of meals are available, we hope to feed as many as we could. Stay tuned as some more surprises will be announced as we get closer to the 27th!

It is incredible to experience what is possible when you cultivate an environment of support, encouragement, and positivity. This past week our grazing tables feed over 700+ hungry mouths!

This is ONLY possible because of the amazing people I am lucky enough to work with and the love I am fortunate enough to have in my life. I am surrounded by friends and family that help my little village day to day, sometimes in small simple ways but with such impact. Our faith in each other and the support we offer really make all the difference.
