About Us

Brooklyn’s Premier Latin & Afro dance school. Balmir offers absolute beginner to advanced level classes for kids and adults. Styles taught include Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Hustle, Dancehall, Afrobeats and more! Our international & local world-class instructors offer professional and performance level training.

Our almost 1500 sq. ft. wooden floor venue and state-of-the-art sound system also hosts dance socials and parties throughout the year.

Balmir Latin Dance Studio space is available for rent for auditions, rehearsals, celebrations, and other special events. Hourly rates are available. Contact us for more information.
