🧡💛🤍Friday June 14th we will meet at 3 PM to celebrate one of NY’s finest teachers. Here are some updates:
1-Many people asked about gifts. She does not drink however I made a list of things she does like; Picture frames, candles, Nike gear, gift cards, restaurant gift cards, monogrammed gifts, chocolate (no dark chocolate) hoodies and sweatshirts. She enjoys earthly scents (mahogany, sandalwood, apple etc) She does not like peach flavored things, she’s allergic to coconut and hates dark chocolate.
2- We want to surprise her between 3 and 3:15 PM. If you can make it at that time DO NOT GO INTO THE SCHOOL. By 3:30 or so we will walk towards the water with the balloons for pictures and socializing.
3- Bring cash for the bar. No she doesn’t drink but she does eat. We are trying to hit up Clinton Hall @ 90 Washington St, New York, NY 10006 AND/OR Recreation @ 26 Ann St, Fl 3, Moxy Hotel, New York, NY 10038
(We can always head over to the south street seaport as the evening goes on)
4- Wear Yellow, Orange and/or White of any sort. If those aren’t your colors, we don’t care COME ANYWAY!
5- We are excited to see everyone there so please share this post with all ECO alumni. Retiring from a career you love is not easy, let’s help make her transition smooth. Let’s remind her just how much she has meant to all of us.
