Last week I had the pleasure of working with Marian of . We met through our esteemed mutual acquaintance . We worked a wedding together at The William Vale Hotel in Brooklyn.

It feels important to me to say how lovely an experience this was. Weddings can feel chaotic; it's their nature. Marian handles every task, smooths every rough edge, fills in every gap and conveys every message with a deft touch of grace that I've not seen before. The entire wedding party, the families, the other massively talented & experienced other vendors and I felt her calm presence, which allowed us to do what we do. Working with her was the highlight of my year so far. Marian travels: hire her for your wedding.

is a gem of a wedding venue. I just wish it was closer to where I live in NYC! The staff is great. The entire venue is intentional and wonderful, perhaps the best thought-out venue I've ever worked. Got to see tonight, bartender and former wedding client and podcast guest extraordinaire.
