Last weekend's pop-up collab with Geneva, owner of was more than I could ask for! You really pulled up and showed support for your girl🥰 My favorite part is seeing the non-vegans reaction to the empanadas and coming back to order more.😳🤤 Planting those vegan seeds one plate at a time.🌱
Thank you for showing love and joining me on this journey, its been fun meeting some of you at these events! I will be back at this location by the end of November with some added items (ahem, lasangna) and I cant wait to announce the next phase soon! The holiday menu will drop by the end of this week. 🙌🏽

I went with my son last month and had such a great time. We did yoga in the woods, a paintball fight, watched movies and of course made vegan smore's. Variety of activities for both adults and kids. These reviews coming back have been music to my depressed ears as this last year the pandemic made me question everything. As a chef and vegan, the whole reason I got into this business was to plant seeds of hope that we can thrive with this lifestyle. That we can break generational illness and start walking in true compassion. Thank you for giving the opportunity to showcase how delicious cruetly free food looks like! This last year I've been moving towards offering FREE online cooking classes with multiple non profits that align with my values of community building and education. 2020 was supposed to be the year I opened my restaurant but the pandemic hit and I backed out of the process (right before signing a lease but placed a deposit). What I learned from the process is priceless! I'm so grateful for avoiding a hardship of a grand opening the same month as the city closing. My mission was always to make sure that people have access to AFFORDABLE vegan food first. If that means waiting to ensure that, I am willing to wait!
