Equipment Maintenance, Management, and Deployment
• Process and fulfill direct equipment rental orders received through online portal
• Review equipment order lists provided by Producer(s) and Studio Manager, checking specifically for potential availability conflicts/issues; fulfill orders
• Prepare and check-out equipment for studio activations and events
• Receive and check-in equipment after studio activations and events
• Load and unload equipment on/off truck(s) before/after studio activations and events
• Continuously update and refine inventory information in Asset Panda and keep equipment status spreadsheets up-to-date
• Identify gaps in inventory, i.e. missing gear, broken gear, and/or potential new purchases, and report to Warehouse Manager
• Receive, test, and enter new equipment into inventory
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs, e.g. testing, cleaning, etc., scheduled and one-off
• Ensure that equipment is placed in its proper warehouse location
General Studio/Warehouse
• Own and fulfill duties outlined in Space Maintenance Guide to ensure that warehouse, studios, and lounge are clean and clear of debris, i.e. sweep floors, remove trash, etc.
• Report any building structure, utility, or maintenance issues to Operations Manager
• Report any studio usage conflicts to Operations Manager
• Liaise with Wizard Studios warehouse staff to coordinate warehouse usage
• Perform project-based tasks and act as stagehand for off-site events, as needed
Studio/Site Representative
• Clean and prepare studio, lounge, kitchen, and bathroom areas in advance of studio activations
• Ensure that equipment is pulled and staged as necessary, including tables, chairs, and other production supplies in advance of studio activations
• Maintain presence in lounge area and serve as first point-of-contact for studio client requests
• Assist studio client with sourcing additional equipment, production supplies, etc. as needed
• Troubleshoot common studio ops issues such as electric, WiFi, sound interference
• Check-in gear and clean/reset studio after studio activation is complete
