It’s safe to say I love color.
To quote one of my favorite painters
Wassily Kandinsky:
“Color is a power which directly influences the soul.”

If you don’t know much about Kandinsky, look up some of his circle study paintings.
Kandinsky would explore the effect of placing different colors side by side. He wanted to find out which colors stand out and which ones blend together, and how to balance different colors to create a bright, attractive pattern. Turns out these “studies” are some of my favorites of his work. And of course “Composition 8”.
