READY SET DANCE is the complete preschool dance curriculum of BALLET, TAP, JAZZ & HIP HOP for ages 2-6 years old. 

JAZZ – Develop muscle strength, control and balance and achieve coordination milestones like skipping before going to school.
BALLET – Engage in specifically designed music that captures the beauty of classical ballet.
HIP HOP – Bust out some ice cold moves just like Freeze to our original hip hop tracks.

Ready Set Acro, a collaborative program developed in partnership with Industry Leader Acrobatic Arts, is specifically tailored for preschoolers.

This program prioritizes safe progressions and effective techniques to nurture both physical and social skills crucial for healthy early childhood development. With original music featuring lyric cues, children engage in three key components: Stretch, Strength, and Skills.

Through enhancing flexibility, promoting physical strength, and fostering confidence in a supportive environment, preschoolers embark on a journey of discovery and growth in the world of AcroDance.

🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 We’re thrilled to introduce our this seasons Contemporary teacher, Tatyana Gonzalez.🌟

Once a student here, she’s now returning to share her passion and expertise with the next generation! Get ready for innovative classes and inspiring lessons as we welcome back Taty to the DD familia. 💜💙

Tatyana Gonzalez was born and raised in the Bronx, where she started dancing ballet at the age of three at Ballet Hispanico. She took her first Latin dance class at Dancers Dreamzzz, where she continued to train in Salsa and Hip-Hop. After several years, she decided to give ballet another try. In 2010, Tatyana was accepted to Bronx Dance Academy where she studied academically and majored in dance. For three years, she continued to improve her skills in ballet and was introduced to modern dance. Tatyana was given the opportunity to learn from a company member of Martha Graham. She decided to continue to pursue dance along with her academics at Talent Unlimited High School. For four years, her ballet and modern dance technique became more refined with the help of teachers from prestigious companies such as American Ballet and Martha Graham. In 2016, Tatyana went away to study at the University of New Haven in Connecticut where she made sure to leave her mark. As a freshman, Tatyana joined the UNH Dance Team and was a member for two years. She would perform various styles from hip-hop to contemporary at school football and basketball games. Because Tatyana is a passionate dancer, she co-founded Incendio Dance Project, the first salsa team at the Univeristy of New Haven. Tatyana has now taken on the role of an instructor at Love for Movement Studio. She is excited to share her knowledge and inspire the next generation of dancers, encouraging them to explore their creativity and express themselves through movement.

It was an emotional Tech Rehearsal for our dancers that are graduating or moving onto the next chapter of their lives. There were tears, laughter, but most of all love & support!

We can’t wait to see all they will achieve in dance, and beyond. In the meantime, get ready for an awesome show!!! 🤩💜💙

This will be our studios first time performing at the event in New York. We are feeling all the feels, but extremely excited to see our students perform among other incredible groups.
