Caviar tartlet — charcoal buckwheat tart shell, creme fraiche, sashimi salmon, .one flowering oregano, Daurenki, lemon EVOO, Maldon 😎

We’ve had a variation of this hors d’oeuvres on our past menus but I think this edition is our fave by far!

- beet tartare, on house beet cracker, whipped chèvre, edible flowers from the one and only .one
- hamachi crudo, on house sesame brittle, leche de Tigre, habanero
- caviar tarlet, house buckwheat tartlet, creme fraiche, sushi grade salmon, .one edible flower and Daurenki 👌🤌

Excited to share this gorgeous shoot we did with our friends, for their 3rd issue of .journal! We feel so proud to have been involved in all 3, but especially elated to have our work with and featured on the cover of this issue! It’s no secret that Erin & Pistachio Studio have serious love affairs with both NYC and Paris, so this particular issue feels very near and dear to our hearts. ❤️ Thank you for always inspiring us to explore our craft and creativity through a personal and thoughtful lens ✨

Thrilled to share our sweet success story from a magical Aspen wedding! 🌟 In our NYC kitchen, we crafted 4,000 delightful desserts, from creamy affogatos to charming mini ice cream popsicles, brownie dome desserts, s'mores pops.

Faced with unexpected wildfires in Colorado, our team made a bold, last-minute decision to fly our frozen treats directly to Aspen. Packed with care and dry ice, our desserts traveled safely in the skies, adding an extra layer of love and excitement to this special day.
