I wasn't going to say anything but Many folks have asked LOL Below is me in March 2024 in Miami. I remember looking at this pic and thinking "damn" Bro you are doing good things but I'm so unhappy. Went to my doctor, My weight, blood sugar, and blood pressure were out of control as I watched friends passing away and or getting sick. I said this will only go one way if u don't get on it. So I buckled down in June and went to work after talking to my good friend and Mentor John Busswood. I started Monjauro and a supplement called Phix which I swear by it for fat-burning. Here I am 4 months later almost 40 pounds off and counting. Thank everyone for the words of encouragement when I posted a few months back who gave me positive motivation. You help me get up and get started. No turning back. I'm feeling amazing and highly energetic these days. My blood sugar and My A1C have dropped to regular numbers yes normal. God is good. When I had no clear vision of the future he gave me clarity. I don't push people but if you ever do anything for yourself find a reason and get motivated. If I can ever help any of you or give advice on how I'm making this work please feel free to reach out. Pictures speak volumes.
