Sue Phillips, founder and CEO, has created a unique platform with customization at the core and “Bespoke Perfumes” at her beautiful perfumery THE SCENTARIUM in Tribeca New York, where she offers a personalized ‘experience’ for clients to discover their Brand Persona, build Confidence, reflect Positivity, shape Individuality and empower her guests to be the BEST they can be? How? Through our most POWERFUL sense - our Sense of Smell. When people create their own custom scent, they feel more confident, walk taller and love receiving the compliments they are sure to receive.

Having spent her formative years honing her skills at Elizabeth Arden, in Training, Product Development & Marketing, Sue was then hired by Lancôme as Marketing Director on Fragrance & Men’s Skincare, and then recruited by Tiffany & Co as Vice President, to develop and spearhead their first iconic Fragrance for their 150th anniversary.

Sue is passionate about fragrance and as an Adjunct Professor at F.I.T. College and LIM College she has trained and taught hundreds of students to explore and discover the magic and mystery of fragrance. Sue is a compelling keynote speaker and motivates and inspires people with her anecdotes about creating fragrances for brands, celebrities and thousands of fragrance lovers.

Sue is a true Scentrepreneur® and has been featured on ABC, CBS, FOX News, HSN, PIX NEWS 11, and has been featured in The New York Times, O Magazine, The Post, Daily News and is a contributor to The Huffington Post. Sue’s mission is to take fragrance out of the bottle and to create magical fragrance ‘experiences’ ....drop by drop.
