DDOBAR by Joomak NYC (meaning, ‘see you later’ in Korean) at is the newest venture from Jiho Kim. He’s brought along chef de cuisine Sechul Yang, who honed his skills for years with USHG. Together, they are offering a full-service bar menu, including buldak spicy chicken thighs, Korean beef short rib, blueberry cure fluke, and more. DDOBAR also features a to-go menu of a dozen different yubu tarts and Korean inari pockets. DDOBAR also features a to-go menu of a dozen different Yubu Tarts and Korean Inari Pockets. Expect rotating dishes as well as a chef’s counter concept for both lunch and dinner service, in addition to more refined plates, all served in a casual setting. See you there!
