I’m still in awe seeing my work compiled into this cookbook. I started working on this project a few years ago and completely scrapped it because life was life’n!! As things ascended, my spark and love for food was ignited again. I’m truly grateful, words can’t describe this feeling.

Everyone knows how much I love a good Al Pastor taco, especially from los tacos or streetwise in but stateside, I turned it into AL PASTOR AGNOLOTTI!!
