By day, Ben is the Executive Chef at comfort food stalwart, The Redhead; Tina greases the wheels at Kimchi Taco truck and its 2 siblings, Kimchi Grill. Gaddy Lane is named for the two-lane country road where they wed in Kelseyville, CA. Their food is inspired by their upbringing, whether that’s the agricultural landscape

of Northern California or the immigrant food culture of the Lower East Side, and all the pit stops in between.
