"What a world! Political beliefs are so polarized that even within a family, people aren’t speaking to each other. Here's your chance to speak Across the Great Divide and share not just what your political beliefs are, but how they came to be!
This spring, 50 straight-from-the-heart poems will be selected for a new book – Where I’m From – Politically -- a book where EVERYBODY’S voice, all across the spectrum, will be Heard and Respected. There are only two rules,
Rule #1: Poems must begin with “I am from…“ and use “I am from…” at least one more time
Rule #2: Maximum length is 23 lines
Fifty poems, from every possible point of view, will be accepted for “Where I’m From – Politically.” Contributors selected poem will receive $50 and a copy of the book.
Send poems via email to [email protected]. Include name, city and state, age and phone number – this information will not be used for any purpose other than the book. Deadline: midnight, May 1, 2022 There is no submission fee.
