In Ilocano, a dialect of Northern Philippines, “Naimas,” is the perfect word to describe tasty, yummy, and delicious food. And like all words, people have shortened the expression simply to “Imas” pronounced, EEMAS! Eemas Cuisine is a food stand that delivers American Regional fare utilizing local and sustainable ingredients found in New Jersey and New York. From the Hawaiian islands to the bayou

s of Louisiana and from the New England states to the hospitality the South offers, Eemas Cuisine strives to give you a little taste of everything our country has to offer. EC takes the best and favorite foods of our country’s regions, incorporates some fresh ingredients only found in the tri-state area, and applies a culinary twist before introducing it to your palate.
