Woah... It feels like we blinked and it's already mid-August 😳 Our bookings have kept us busy busy busy this summer. 1. Cleaning: Avoid the pre-party clean-up! No need to clean your house before the party only to have to clean it AGAIN after the party! Let us do the cleaning.

2. Amenities: No need to rush around gathering extra tables, chairs, high chairs and coolers. From seating, to cooking and serving, to being handicap accessible, we’ve got it covered.

YES, we’re having another market next year 🥳
SAVE THE DATE: 4/26/25 10AM-5PM

Now that we have our first year complete, we know how successful it was and what we can fine-tune to help the flow of traffic. We were slammed! Here’s some changes to expect 😍

•Ticketed VIP Hour 10-11AM, we will be pre-selling tickets for this early Spring 2025 and there will be limited tickets available (we’re thinking 50).

— Swag Bags & Passport Programs will be available to these shoppers only!

•We’ve added an additional 2 hours of shopping!

•We’re cutting the indoor vendors IN HALF, meaning, less vendors inside to help traffic flow and moving the rest outside under more tents. 🩷

•Adding a few additional food trucks, and a few other shopping vendors.

•Adding an additional event entrance.

We wanted to take a moment and thank those that came out for our first Spring Fling Market at the newly renovated Yorkshire Place! Our venue and vendors were truly blown away at the attendance and support on Saturday. 🖤

If you stood in line for our Swag Bag goodies, thank you so much for coming early and bearing the cold/wind! The sun was shining, but boy was it chilly. There were ALOT of great items inside from all of our vendors! 🖤

If you participated in our Passport Program, we will be announcing the winner tomorrow 4/22! Hang tight! 🖤

We will also be posting a photo album of the entire event on our page this week, titled Spring Fling Market 2024. Feel free to share/tag your friends! 🖤

While this was our first market, we overall feel the event was successful and enjoyable for everyone! If this becomes an annual event for us 🤞🏻, we now know how we can also better fine-tune the event in the future. We’re already jogging ideas —

*Hosting a ticketed VIP hour before the event is open to the public, to help the overall traffic of things.

*Having a few less vendors inside the venue and more outside! Things got pretty snuggled in there for awhile. 😅😂 Again, to help the overall experience and traffic of things.

*Maybe a longer event, extended by 1-2 more hours?! You all stuck around the entire day! It was so awesome!

We CAN’T WAIT to see you all on Saturday! We posted some of this information on our page before, but here it is all together! Your reference GUIDE to plan ahead for our event. 🤩

GENERAL EVENT DETAIL FLYER ‼️
This notes ALL vendors and how to get to us. If you have any issues, we also have road signs placed in town and surrounding areas!

🌸FREE SWAG BAGS for the first 20 shoppers to arrive! Doors will unlock at 10AM SHARP! Swag Bags include one gift item from EACH vendor. These shoppers will also receive a FREE cup filled with mimosa 🍾 to kickstart your morning!

🌸Passport Program Cards can be picked up as you enter the event! Visit EACH vendor, have them sign off over their business name and then turn in your completed passport to The Yorkshire Welcome Center booth (see map) before you leave for your chance to WIN a FREE event rental with our venue and a Shop Pear Flair gift card! Value: $400 combined!

🌸Our event photo op will be outside at the front of the venue by Smalls and Petite!
