✨What if I have a venue coordinator?✨
Here is how I feel about this very common question: 👇🏾

Venue coordinators are wonderful, but they technically have a different job than me. It’s their job to protect the interests of the venue, while I am there to protect the interest of you and your vision. As a coordinator, I have more time to dedicate to my clients. A venue coordinator won’t reach out to your vendors or help you deal with a difficult family or wedding party dynamic. So if you need help with your other vendors, I’ve got you. That is literally my job.

As your coordinator, I am more accessible to you. Venue coordinators will be deailing with 3-4x the amount of clients as I do. They also deal with all other events and any business related to their venue, so they are busy people. They will be especially busy if the venue is open to the public during your wedding or if there are multiple weddings going on.

It’s so great to have a venue coordinator. Really! When I contact them, it makes the day even more cohesive.

So even if your venue has a coordinator, I as your planner and coordinator will be there for you in a more personal capacity.
