For the past 10 years, I've helped dozens of engaged couples prepare for their marriage through a program called Prepare-Enrich.

I am now expanding my services to begin offering PE to married couples as a certified PE facilitator!

Prepare-Enrich will help you explore and strengthen your relationship. The main component of the program is an online survey that each partner completes in about 30-45 minutes. The survey questions are rooted in research, intended to help you identify your unique strengths and potential growth areas in your relationship. I’ve been trained to provide feedback during 45 minute sessions tailored from your assessment that will address your specific needs. Categories covered in the feedback exercises may include:

Communication
Personal Stress Profile
Conflict Resolution/Forgiveness
Family of Origin
Personality
S*x & Affection
Relationship Roles
Spiritual Beliefs
Marriage Expectations
Children & Parenting
