We can feed up to 600 people at one time! We cook for all events. We specialize in BBQ but we can do anything you want, like sides and even simple desserts. You Want It, We Cook It!! All our meats are seasoned with home made rubs and BBQ sauce, no MSG added!! 20 years of cooking experience! We cook hotdogs, brats, burgers, whole chicken, legs, thighs, breasts, baked smoked ham, pork loin, pork but

ts, whole hog, baby back ribs, st. louis style ribs, beef brisket, sirloin tips, pulled pork, assorted smoked sausage, assorted steaks, pulled chicken, and wood fired pizza! And our side dishes are baked potatoes, french fries, potato salad, macaroni salad, pasta salad, mac' n chesse, baked beans, corn on the cob, scalloped potatoes, and garden salad. All meats and hot sides are cooked low and slow by wood fire, no propane used! We also cook in BBQ competitions, you support would be welcome!

Our bbq season is winding down.. only 2 more events... small business Saturday downtown Newaygo ( we will be parked by my Methodist church) and Downtown Sparta Christmas tree lighting November 22.... but we are wide open for Holiday catering..
