Shouldn’t that be the rally cry?, do yourself some simple read, and go see what YOUR state, requires or doesn’t allow while forming the company structure from here!, for instance, many states, as is with the LLC part, won’t allow a business to be created WITHOUT their involvement!, again, think about that!, the first person that handed you the golden carrot, has your existence in a text, then disappears like the wind!
