Sharing for a friend! Studio Space Available
Hi all!

I’m Theresa,owner York and Main over in Gloucester Courthouse.

We are an art, vintage & design showroom that is expanding! I have 2 studios left to rent.
Basically white boxes with track lighting, cork floors, lots of plugs and 24 hour access.

One space is 8x14, the other is 12x14.
Rents are under $500 a month, all utilities included.

Did you know?? Micro weddings, which typically involve 50 or fewer guests, have a long history, but their popularity surged during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the concept isn’t entirely new. In fact, during the early 20th century, many weddings were smaller, intimate affairs due to economic constraints or cultural traditions. One fun fact is that in the 1920s and 1930s, particularly during the Great Depression, micro weddings became common out of necessity.
