We won GOLD for the Peninsula category in the Best Of Coastal Virginia Weddings Awards 🥹🌟 this is absolutely SO surreal. I can’t believe I’m typing this. It was such an honor to even be nominated, much less place in the awards. Thank you for taking the time to vote for us and for believing in us enough to cast your vote 💌

I want to thank all of our incredible couples, their families & friends, all of our amazing colleagues in the wedding industry, and everyone along the way who have supported us. Lastly, I couldn’t have done this without my team. I’m the luckiest girl ever to have them by my side! 🌿

Your confidence and trust in us means the absolute world. Over these last 8 years, my team & I have gotten to work with the kindest, most thoughtful people and I’m so thankful for the friendships that have grown from this small little dream.

I’ve questioned myself SO many times over the years and wondered if I’m meant to do this. Here is proof that if you’re doubting yourself, feel like you aren’t worthy or good enough; don’t believe that for a second! You are enough. You are loved. You are valued. You’ve got this. 🫶🏼

Big Announcement coming! 💗

As you know, I have been a wedding planner for the past seven years, and I have loved every second of working closely with my couples, their families, and of course, my vendor friends. I have loved collaborating with all of you to help design and plan dream weddings!

It is bittersweet to announce that I am taking a step back from wedding planning and will no longer be taking new clients. I am hoping to eventually come back, but for now, I must prioritize my time with my family and my full-time career.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with all of the incredible people I’ve met & I sincerely value the relationships I have with each of my couples and all of the wonderful vendors I’ve worked with. Each of our weddings together have truly been such a joyful and unforgettable experience.

Thank YOU for being a part of my incredible experience as a wedding planner and business owner- I have learned so much that I will carry with me forever. Thank you so much for your ongoing support & love that you’ve given me 🥰

I’m incredibly grateful that I have had the honor of serving so many amazing couples over the last 6 years. Being a part of one of the most special days of your lives is something that I can’t believe I’m lucky enough to do 💛 Although I love choosing florals and decor, formulating timelines, and going over the intricate details; my absolute favorite part of a wedding is getting to know my couples on a deeper level, being my bride’s confidant and voice of reason, building friendships with them and their families, seeing my bride’s face light up when she puts her dress on, and running around making sure that every last detail is absolutely perfect for them.

Thank you to every single person who has trusted me along the way. Spending this Thanksgiving feeling so thankful for my team and our couples 💛

Hey, hey, hey everybody! 😍 I’ve missed you all so much! Things have been going well over here since I last posted. Emma girl is almost 10 months old 🎀 we had a great wedding season in 2021 and we’re preparing for our 2022 season 🎉

I had no idea what to expect when it came to balancing working full time during the week, running my business, being a wife & new mom, and maintaining my sanity 😆 thankfully, God has gracefully carried me through and I’m so lucky to have the most amazing team ever.

Hi friends! It’s been a while 👋🏼 I thought now would be a better time than ever to introduce our newest addition to SWE. Emma Grace White was born on 4/20/21 💗 We’re so in love with our girl. We have a few couples this year that we’re so excited to work with to make their dreams come true ☺️ aside from those couples, I have temporarily stopped taking weddings so we can spend as much time together as a family 🥰 I’m not sure when we’ll be back but we’ll be sure to keep you guys updated! Hi friends ☺️ Some of you may have noticed my little corner has been pretty quiet lately and I wanted to fill you all in. I have always been so proud of what we stand for as a company and how we serve and pour so much love in to each of our couples. With that being said; our current schedule for the 2019/2020 season is completely booked up with our current clients and we don’t have any openings for new bookings at this time. We always strive for a healthy work-life balance (and wish that for our clients too, which is why we are so passionate about wedding planning for our busy brides), and because of that we are enjoying this busy season with the amazing events we already have on the calendar and just enjoying LIFE! We will definitely update you if availability changes but as of now, we are at capacity. If you are a bride looking for a planner, we have so many insanely talented planners that we would love to refer you to! It’s been really quiet around here lately and that’s because: LIFE 🤦🏼‍♀️ My mom had a major surgery, my dad landed himself in the hospital unexpectedly a week later and was there for 4 days & my full time job has a ton going on. I had a packed schedule this past weekend and when my family needed me, I rescheduled everything and guess what? No one is mad at me! The world is still turning! There is often times a lot of pressure (for me, at least) to say yes to everything and everyone even when your world is going haywire and the truth is- you don’t. With that being said, I’m so thankful for my brides, my co-workers, Bobby B Entertainment, Courtney Inghram Floral Design, family and close friends who gave me grace this past week/end. I took a step back from the busy to soak in all of what was going around me, relax & take a deep breath. And good news! My parents are home recovering and they’re doing great! We are so appreciative of all of the prayers and well-wishes that were sent our way 💛 Today, I’m giving you permission to say no and start saying yes to YOU ✨

Happy (FIRST) Anniversary to The Bozeman’s 🖤 I cannot say enough good things about Dezarae & Chad. They are two of the most beautiful people inside and out and I’m so incredibly lucky to have been able to grow so close to them. Their wedding day was an absolute dream & I know their marriage will be even better ✨

’s floral workshop registration is LIVE! 🌸 I’ve had the honor of attending her workshop in the past and let me tell you- it’s incredible! It’s quite clear that God didn’t put me on this earth to be a florist (😅 God bless all of you!) but He did put me on this Earth to run a successful business and because of Courtney’s workshop I left with a wealth of knowledge.
