The Huddle had the honor of receiving a great visit this weekend! 🌟 Major Xay For Newport and former major/current city councilor Jeanne Napolitano, together with Lt Governor Lieutenant Governor Sabina Matos, stopped by The Huddle during their women-owned businesses stroll around Newport!

We were glad to hold on to the fort and show the great space Sara has created here at The Huddle. 📣 Remember, Mondays are community day, and we are open from 10 am-5 pm for you to check out the space. Hope to see you soon!

Have you met Stephanie? She is a career and purpose coach who is leading a 6 week Journey Back to Self experience at The Huddle. We LOVE the powerful circles she creates. Here's her story- In the midst of a successful acting career in film & television, Stephanie Venditto’s life changed when a profound trip to Italy expanded her creative interests.
She discovered the world of textiles, which led to a career switch, researching and developing fabrics for Tory Burch LLC. Not only did this ten-year experience allow her to travel the world, build relationships and create a business in Europe, Asia, and South America, but it also opened the door to her cultivating and understanding her innate, instinctive ability to connect with people while examining the human being behind the product.
In response to a strong calling to continue that kind of personal collaboration, Stephanie became certified through a coaching program at Brown University. She left the fashion business behind to build her own Career Purpose and Life Coaching practice. Today, Stephanie works with clients from all over the world, both virtually and in-person. She also curates a successful, interactive women’s group, inviting an intimate collection of women from across the globe to journey together through a series of important topics focusing on their personal journeys and how they impact their professional endeavors.
Her work has helped shift the perspectives of numerous creative women -- CEOs, entrepreneurs, mothers, and artists — by helping them reclaim their authenticity and return to their essential purpose.

We are excited to introduce you to Art Talk founder Angela Gallo who will be leading a 6-week course starting NEXT WEEK. Hi there, my name is Angela Gallo and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW ) - however, my academic and professional journey has always been rooted in art. I actually started my journey as a fine arts major in college and loved every second of it, but knew I wanted more. So, I shifted gears and went on to receive my BA in Art Therapy. From there, I completed my Masters's in Social work at NYU and started my career as a Licensed Master Social Worker. I incorporate art into my work as often as I can. Hi! I'm Sara, founder, and chief experience officer of The Huddle. I don't post about myself much, but some of you have asked me to share the story of The Huddle, so here you go!

Before the pandemic, I left an organization I LOVED because WORKING REMOTELY had left me feeling ISOLATED, ANXIOUS, and DEPRESSED. When COVID hit, and most people went remote, I knew many would experience the same isolation I did. So, I created virtual Huddles of Amazing People (HOAP). These weekly Huddles invited strangers from all walks of life into a 90-minute playful and meaningful community-building experience. Over the course of the year, we had HUNDREDS OF STRANGERS take part in Huddles. I quickly realized MEANINGFUL CONNECTION and PLAYFULNESS are the most powerful medicines we can give ourselves. I took that concept OFF THE COMPUTER and opened The Huddle in NEWPORT where teams, friends, and strangers could connect and play together. And then a SECOND WAVE of COVID Hit and I was not sure my vision could survive. But, I knew it there was a need. And, here we are, just over a year later, hosting companies for their TEAM OFF-SITES, CREATIVE CLASSES led by amazingly talented locals, partnering with other entrepreneurs to offer PRIVATE EXPERIENCES, AND collaborating with NEWPORT OUT to offer COWORK Mondays and inclusive programming. I hope we can continue to collaborate and grow in a way that serves our mission to make meaningful connection easy!
