OPEN INVITE !!! The farm maybe still a mess, the business may still not be fully open..

BUT ..

WE ARE GOING TO HAVE THANKSGIVING!!
We will be having a OPEN INVITE & FREE Thanksgiving dinner for anyone who would like to come or for anyone who would just like to share a meal with us..

We will be smoking turkeys and cooking Fireside in what's left of the hay fields along the River at Martin Ranch.. we will be making do so old school Cast Iron cooking and cooking off the fire.

We will have a bonfire and hay bale seating and whatever tables and chairs we can round up!! We will be making do with what we have and be thankful that we have it.

Anyone is welcome to bring a dish but you do not have to bring anything at all but yourself ..We would just love to have you with us. There will be plenty to eat. We may not have alot but we are going to share.. Come join us!!!!

My sister came over today and is helping us with clean up. But she also brought my favorite person, my little sweet niece Emily.

It has been a long hard Road, but we can finally start to see some light at the end of the tunnel. We made it as far as we can go with what money we have. We still lack a kitchen and Furniture but I know God will provide. We have been so totally amazed by the amount of support and help that we have gotten in this endeavor.. a big thank you to all those who have helped.

So proud of this young man, Enrique Rocha ask Jesus into his heart tonight and prayed to be saved..

I was so thankful that the people from empower Cocke County stop by and started the conversation about Jesus. Only a mix of fate and time and by God's desire that all these people come together tonight to get this young man saved. Can I get a AMEN!!

We are back at The Ridge Outdoor Resort for the Last night of the Freightliner International Classic.. The main meal tonight is an all you can eat salad bar with hog baked potatoes.. Thank you all so much for having us!!

Today I get a hint of normalcy..

Big Al's BBQ is officially back open for Catering..

Today is our first official catering back open.

We would like to thank Freightliner International for allowing us to be a part of their event at the The Ridge Outdoor Resort .
It will be a little while longer before we are opening the food truck to the public. But we are going to reopen. As of now we are going to be sticking with just catering.

We want to give a huge thanks to Tim Hatchell and Pierce's produce in Jefferson City for helping us get back going.

We also want to give a huge thank you for everyone out there that has been supporting us and helping us through this process. You have no idea how grateful, appreciative, and humbling this experience has been.
