"We got married here and it was the best decision we could have made! This is coming from someone who had looked at nearly 30 wedding venues all over New England- yet we kept coming back to Regatta as our favorite. Being on the water, with a beautiful view and everything you need right there- you couldn't ask for a better venue. Not only is the venue beautiful and have everything you need, but the staff is amazing. Maggie made the wedding planning experience with the venue easy, stress-free, and exciting. She was so accommodating from start to finish. I can only imagine how busy she is, but she would take the time to respond to all my emails and questions frequently. Kay was excellent on my wedding day, helping me bustle my dress, hold it and my veil as I walked, attending to my every need, offering me drinks, and checking in with me- always with a smile on her face. Maggie and Kay are also incredibly kind, and I can't say enough positive things about them. I was truly so happy and relaxed the entire day! Every single person that we spoke with who works at Regatta is just amazing. The food was delicious and so many of our guests loved it!! On top of that, we were allowed to have our beloved dog join us for some photos after the ceremony, which was one of our favorite parts of the day. Steeped in Newport’s rich sailing tradition and surrounded by state-of-the-art and classic luxury yachts, this exclusive property accommodates up to 180 guests with the most breathtaking and unsurpassed views of Newport Harbor. Regatta Place creates instant atmosphere with an elegant cream-and-white striped tent adorned with billowed draperies and striking chandeliers, all surrounded by the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Sip sophisticated cocktails and feast on scrumptious hors d’oeuvres while taking in the views from our dockside patio.
