Tonight! We'll have live music in support of the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce " Business After Hours" event. Tyler Spencer and Graece Gabriel will be playing music starting at 6pm. You can come early (The Chamber event starts at 4:30) and check out all the other fantastic businesses here in Aquarium Village too.

This weekend! Come see us at the Oregon Country Fair We'll have a booth set up with some beautiful didges and products on display along with some epic art by our booth mate !

You can also catch Tyler Spencer performing out there and don't forget to catch The big Friday night fire show OCF Fire Theatre (Alli Spencer puts a lot of energy into managing and producing this show).

We're so grateful to be a part of the festivities. This is a big one for us and we're excited!

Also, as some of you know, our schedule slows down this time of year in preparation for the Oregon Country Fair (our family and a lot of our crew is heavily involved with performing and vending there). Hey everybody, just wanted to give you all an update on our schedule of events here at Primaltones. We slow down a bit in June and July in preparation for our own summer festival and performance schedule throughout the PNW. (Our owner/operators Tyler and Alli are both performers and producers and Tyler Spencer tours pretty extensively in the summer).

Coming up, we have more stand up comedy from Soul of Wit on Friday June 21st! National touring comedian Jess Everett will headline sharing the stage with opener Diva. Its gonna be a good one so make sure and pick up your tickets now.

And on Wednesday June 26th, we ave the return of Trivia Night At Primaltones. Ro, our trivia wizard and host from Tangent Workshops , puts together an intelligent, fun and witty array of questions and its always a blast. Come solo or bring a team of friends, its always a blast.

This Friday June 7th! We're excited to host the final round of the Youth Karaoke Contest presented by the Toledo Summer Festival! The top three finalist will perform and compete at the Toledo Summer Festival on July 20th! All singers between the age of 14-20yo are welcome. $10 per contestant.

This will be a great opportunity for our local youth to shine and sing on a professional stage in an encouraging and positive atmosphere!

The Youth Karaoke Contest will go from 7-9pm, and after that we'll continue with our regular Open Mic/Karaoke At Primaltones Venue hosted by Graece Gabriel and KE Edmisten from 9-11pm.

This Wednesday we have Trivia Night At Primaltones co hosted by our friends at Tangent Workshops. Come test your your knowledge and have fun with your friends. The Tangent trivia wizard, Ro, puts together a brilliant array of topics and questions. Its always a blast.
6:30pm-close. (doors open at 6:30. Trivia starts at 7pm)
All ages until 10pm. 21+ after.

Friday, we have our youth Youth Karaoke Contest presented by the Toledo Summer Festival. The contest is for ages 14-20yo and the winners will get the opportunity to perform on stage at the Toledo Summer Festival this July.
Following the Youth Karaoke contest, we'll have our regularly scheduled Open Mic/Karaoke At Primaltones Venue from 9-11pm

And Saturday we're excited for "Our Body Poetic" a Variety Burlesque Show at Primaltones . A beautifully produced burlesque and variety show honoring the art of poetry featuring local and special guest performers.

We're looking forward to the return of Butoh Cabaret this Saturday May 11th! Join us for an evening of Butoh infused dance and ritual theatre to celebrate Spring and the blossoming of life that surrounds the season. A provocative dance infused art performance produced by Sophia Solano with a cast of talented dancers and performance artists.

We have some great events coming up!

This Friday we have our Open Mic/Karaoke At Primaltones Venue
Doors open at 8pm and we have your choice of either open mic or karaoke until 11pm, then we turn up the beats and open the dance floor until close!

Saturday we're super excited to host The AM (Acoustic Minds) Live At Primaltones! Epic singing and vocal harmonies with these talented twin sisters. Their music style ranges from R&B, pop and dance. Its going to be a fun show. Its a free donation powered event so come on down and show them some love!
Doors open at 8pm.

Friday May 10th, we have Grythm At Primaltones with our local and talented music mixer, Grythm, who brings a fine mix of bass and underground music. Doors open at 8pm. $5 cover.

And Saturday May 11th we have a special show with Butoh Cabaret At Primaltones. Butoh performance art and ritual theatre celebrating spring and the blossoming life that surrounds us.
Doors open at 7pm. $25

Mood Area 52 started in 1998 as a Piazzola inspired neo-tango and silent film score ensemble. Since then the group has morphed into an ensemble defined more by instrumentation and mood than genre. Their most recent releases, Find Some Kind of Light, Company Town, and 1952 Philanski House, blend roots rock, instrumental tango, jazz, blues, Balkan influences, ranchera, and American folk, country, Brechtian cabaret, and classical music.

Baroque Betty is a self taught vocalist and seasoned performance artist hailing from Kalispell, Montana and writes the entirety of her song repertoire. Daughter of Montana’s Poet Laureate 2017-2018, Lowell Jaeger, she is naturally groomed to be the captivating vocalist and songwriter she has become. Her own lyrics are replete with animal and nature imagery, but it’s a fairy tale more in the fashion of Grimm than Disney, with minimalistic guitar styling to accompany them. She also graces stages across the Pacific Northwest as a burlesque performer, and produces The Wax Poetry R***e burlesque show.

We have a couple of amazing folk musicians performing here tomorrow (Sunday the 14th). We dont typically have shows on Sunday, but we jumped at the chance to host Nat Lefkoff and Dead Nettle because we feel they are really something special. Doors open at 6pm.
