This is my go to post for the Rotunda Ballroom. So many wedding couples are trying to figure out who to invite. Is there room? Do I want to have a bigger wedding than planned? I have always told wedding couples, designate one person, who you trust, and you know will look out for your best interests, and is NOT party of the wedding party to play a role on the day of. Make sure all your vendors have his/her phone number, and is listed as the day of contact, just in case there is an issue. And, also to take care of this list that is listed here!!!
