Join us for a yoga class!

Our Beginner Flow is for those new to yoga, or others wanting to deepen their practice. Class will focus on foundational poses, breath work, and proper alignment. (Class meets every other week)

Power Express Yoga amps up the intensity, combing High Intensity Interval Training and Yoga. This class is fun, up beat, and will get your heart rate going!

Vinyasa Flow focuses on a full body workout. We work on breath to movement and alignment, as we flow through our poses.

Join your favorite princesses as they host their Royal Tea Party! Meet, greet, & mingle with some of your favorite princesses, enjoy a lovely selection of traditional tea sandwiches, sweets, and treats, and then settle in for an interactive story time with the princesses!
