Due to Hurricane Helene, we will be moving our first Mommy and Me class to next week! Tickets will be good for any Wednesday in October!

We are still working on cleanup from the storm, but we will can’t wait to meet everyone on the 8th!!

Our Mommy and Me Dance and Music classes are BACK!!

We have two classes available, or 10:30 class is geared towards our younger students, 3 and under, featuring singing, movement, and interactive play!

Our 4:15 class is geared towards our older students age 3 to 5 featuring music, ballet, and story time!

As always parents are encouraged to participate in class!

Join us for a yoga class!

Our Beginner Flow is for those new to yoga, or others wanting to deepen their practice. Class will focus on foundational poses, breath work, and proper alignment. (Class meets every other week)

Power Express Yoga amps up the intensity, combing High Intensity Interval Training and Yoga. This class is fun, up beat, and will get your heart rate going!

Vinyasa Flow focuses on a full body workout. We work on breath to movement and alignment, as we flow through our poses.
