Due to costs going up, rental will raise slightly beginning this December 31, 2023. I will honor same prices to those that have reserved for next year. Also will honor the same prices for new reservations for 2024, as long I am paid before December 31.

Rental will be $125.

Security deposit will be $125.

60 chairs and 9 8ft wide tables are included. Access to full kitchen is part of the package.

Rental is $100. It will raise a bit by December, 2023.

Security deposit of $100 is required. It will be refunded pending damages and clean up.

If there is damage, and cleaning up is not done or in satisfactory condition, all or portion of security deposit will not be returned. From now on, if I do not get security deposit within a certain time after being asked to secure a day. I will open it to availability for other interested party.

If the date is canceled at last minute, security deposit will not be refunded. If you need to cancel, give me 5 days notice.

It opens at 8am which is the earliest. The latest is at midnight, in which I expect the building and the land to be cleaned up by then.

KAD Biennial Statewide Cookout!

June 16 (7pm - 10pm) and June 17 (7am - 8pm), 2023
Where: Volunteer Hall-Harvey County East Park (804 Campers Row, Newton, KS)

June 16, 2023: 7pm - 10pm - Free Movie Night (for all ages) Snack provided.
June 17, 2023: 7am - 8pm
* 7am - 9am - Free Breakfast (Pancakes/Donuts)
* 9:30am - 11am: Youth Social
* 11:30am - 12:30pm: Catered Lunch (Pulled Pork or Brisket Beef, Baked Beans, Homemade Potato Salad and a drink)
* 1pm - 3pm: KAD General Business/Election
* 3pm - 8pm: Social Time!
*** 1pm - 8pm: Family Fun Activities ***

Catered Lunch $10 each for early bird before May 1st (at door $15.00)

Security deposit will be raised. I will honor all of those that have already reserved by keeping security deposit as it was. Security deposit will be raised to $75 for all new rents starting now.
