Quick lunch for me today. Grilled shrimp with lemon, Cajun, garlic and parsley with a side of charred asparagus. Yummy. Shrimp is topped with a lemon bur blanc sauce.

Yummy dinner tonight. Caesar salad with fresh dressing, grilled chicken. Fettuccine with ground chicken bolognese and blanched broccoli with Parmesan and olive oil. Simple but tasty.

To everyone that doesn’t know I have been doing a new endeavor since May joining a great restaurant company called egg mania. Definitely a must go to restaurant. A lot of delicious egg dishes, sandwiches as well as chicken dishes. We have vegetarian options and Halal too. I have put my own business I created in CT on hold for now till I get this restaurant up and running. I’m the owner of the egg mania location in Bensalem PA on 1953 street road Bensalem PA 19020. This dish is yummy. Masala Half-fry. Sunny side up eggs with chopped chili, onions, tomatoes secret seasoning and cilantro. Then spooned on melted butter. Served with bread.
